for the life of me I can't remember or find the names of Bluefish (in order)as they get larger and larger and larger( snapper , chopper to gorilla ,etc....)
here's the regular age chart I found :

I took a look at the chart, and it is way off. I guarantee you that a 34.6 inch bluefish does not weigh 19 pounds - unless it has a belly full of lead. My largest chopper was 18.85 pounds - a very fat 39-incher. Second biggest was a somewhat thinner 16-pounder, that was 41 - yes 41 - inches long.
Tony - I just saw your post about your 28 - 29 inch bluefish. With all due respect, I would check the scale that fish was weighed on. I'm not trying to be a wise guy, or doubt what you reported - I just think that the scale might be off a bit.
Don't forget the "swimming heads" that are caught offshore early in the season. Those fish would way 30 - 50% more in October.
