Flounder who bothers any more????

I do...

I always hear of people giving up on flounder.. But as me being young i have never experienced flounder fishing in its best days..
But i do flounder fish every spring and have done fairly well..

The key ive found is pateice and chum hard. Ive had days when we had about 15-20 flounder for 3 guys.. (this was last year on the northshore) and we didnt have a bite all day.. than the last spot we decided to sit for an hour and use up all the chum we had and just wait. sure enough about 45 into the chumming we were just about to call it a day i got a nice flattie. Then we all hook up!!

that it was savage you couldnt pull them up faster for about 15 minutes than a little pick but we had a total of 18 flounder to 19in 3.14 lbs.

So there are flounder out there!! as for this season it has been fairly well. actully tomorrow we will be trying again.

tight lines...
