Entree, Porgie
Zesty Porgie on the Barbeque Servings: 2
Estimated cooking time: 3 to 5 minutes Posted By: Snowshoe

Place 6 to 8 Porgie fillets in a pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with a combination of Honey mustard and Boars Head White Creamy Horse radish sauce(sold in most deli's). Rub the mixture on both sides of the Porgie fillets, and then place the fillets into the pan on top of the remaining mixture of Honey mustard and Horse radish sauce. Place marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Place two sheets of Aluminum foil onto your barbeque grill, Light it, and then add the marinated porgies pouring the marinade left in the pan on top. Don't take your eyes off the grill because the porgie fillets will cooK in around 5 minutes, take them off as soon as they turn white. Serve with asparagus spears and little yellow baked potatoes. This is a very tasty meal - ENJOY
