Striped Bass Chinese Style Servings:

Striped Bass Fillet preferably a thick cut not the tail.
Scallions (the green end)
Ginger
Peanut Oil
Soy Sauce

Steam srtiped bass fillet.
Just before striped bass fillet is ready heat up peanut oil in pan.
Remove bass from steamer when cooked and place on dish.  
Add scallions and ginger on top of fish. Chop scallions, make sure the ginger is cut fine.  
Pour hot peanut oil over fish(use peanut oil)!  Oil must be hot.  Add soy sauce and enjoy.  This is simple and great!
