Lillies Flounder Salad Servings:

Butter a baking sheet well. Put 4 Fillets of fluke on pan with skin and bones removed. Season with paprika, garlic salt, white pepper and salt. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and add a bit more butter on top of the fillets. Broil fillets until done. Put aside to cool slightly. Take half of an onion and green pepper and cut to a small dice. Put in a microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave until barely tender. Take pitted black olives and quarter. Now take broiled fillets, peppers, onions and olives and combine in a bowl. Make sure you get all of the butter and liquid from baking sheet. Add mayonaise and ketchup. Mix to the consistency of tunafish adjust with ketchup and mayonaise for moister salad. Adjust seasonings with salt, white pepper and lemon juice. Cool and serve as a sandwich spread or like a dip with crackers. Once you try this you'll never look at fluke the same way. It's Absolutely delicious
