take fillets coat both sides with hellmans mayonaise place in aluminum foil add italian salad dressing lemon fresh ground pepper and 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic and then take aluminum foil and close it up around fillet making a T pee type look and leave on grill for about 10-15 mins try it its delicious
