Marinate filet in Italian Dressing 4 hours minimum.  Cut up peppers, onions, tomato, few whole garlic cloves, salt and pepper.   Place fish and toppings on aluminum foil, poor dressing on top, and fold foil over leaving room for air in the top (don’t press the foil around fish).  Cook/steam on med/high for 15 min.  Juices steam fish, leaving it moist and tasty.  Can also be steamed in oven.
