Almond Crusted Blackfish

Blackfish Fillets (1/2 pound?)
1 Cup almonds ground up in a coffee bean grinder - place in plastic zip lock
Add garlic salt, lemmon-pepper & tarrogon (how much? couldn't tell you)
Shake bag to mix ingredients
Pour out onto wax paper
Dip fillets in beaten egg & press into the almond mix
Coat bake pan with cooking spray & bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes on high to toast/brown the almond crust - squeeze a little lemon over fillets & serve.
