take a bluefish filet with skin on and drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vineger enough to coat the filet to a brownish tint  . rub with salt ,pepper , garlic and some dried mint . place in a sealed container or wrap and leave for several hours .

preheat broiler for 15 minutes oil pan slightly and place filets in and lightly dust with some bread crumbs. pour rest of marinate over fish easily not to disturb bread crumbs and broil for 8 minutes depending on thickness of filets . top with some more mint and enjoy .
