blackfish in herbed butter Servings: 4

1 pound of fillets
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP dill (fresh) - 1.5 TBSP dried
2 TBSP parsely (fresh) - 1 TBSP dried
1/2 Cup Butter
2 TBSP Chives (fresh) - 1 TBS Dried
Dash Cayenne Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan except the paprika.  
Heat on low constantly stirring for 5 minutes or until butter completley melts.
Lightly oil (olive oil)a glass oven pan.
Place fillets into the pan & pour the sauce pan ingredients over the fillets.
Sprinkle on the paprika.

Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until the fish begins to flake.
Remove the fillets from the baking pan to a serving dish.
Pour pan contents back into the sauce oan & reduce to 1/4 cup.

Pour over the fillets - serve.
