I got skunked on my first trip hope to get out soon. Just thinking of what I'm missing.
Here it goes.
4 YFT steaks 3/4" to 1" thick
Marinade in sauce.
in SS bowl wisk until emusified.
2oz Sesame Oil
1.5oz of dark soy sauce (6 packs from  chinese takeout)
2 dashes of powered ginger
3-4 shakes of garlic powder
a 1" long squeeze of the tube style wasabi sauce.
1-2 dashes of dry red chili pepper flakes
1-2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds (enough to cover 1/3 of steak.)  
Wisk this for at least 3 minutes. Whip some air into the mix it will thicken.
Put the steaks in and flip em around to coat nicely, let it marinade for 5-10 minutes no more. Fire up the Grill 550 degrees and sear those suckers 1-2 minutes on each side.(rare to med rare)
Plate it up with rice pilaf and some grilled veggies.
Simply the best Tuna,
