Middle Eastern Spiced Sea Bass Servings: 4

1/2 tsp each of salt, dried basil, ground tumeric
1/8 tsp each of cinnamon, ground black pepper, garlic powder
4 large or 8 small sea bass filets
1Tbs each of melted butter, fresh lime juice

1. Heat grill. Combine salt, basil, tumeric, cinnamon, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle over one side of fish. Combine butter and lime juice; drizzle over fish.

2. Oil grill. Grill fish, covered and seasoned-side down, over medium heat for 6-7 minutes or until fish begins to flake. Top with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.

Tip: Fish can also be broiled. Place seasoned side down on foiled-lined baking sheet broil 6-7 minutes. I served this with roasted potatoes and a salad. It was a delicious change from fried. I also think this would work with any white-fleshed fish.
