Chop Carrots,celery and onions saute with oil and garlic. Saute until soft. In a seperate cassarole dish place the uncooked blackfish inside with white wine and butter. Place the cooked vegetables over the fish and cook at 350 degrees. This is a very simple recipe. To make the recipe more interesting you can smear cloves a garlic that are pre cooked over the fish and also add a cooked marinated portabello mushroom in with the vegetables when cooking the fish.Slice the mushroom. That last two steps are more work but it is worth it.
