Quick and Tasty Fried Fluke/Flounder Servings:

Dip fillets in beaten eggs or egg whites.
Mix 4C Bread Crumbs in a baggie with sliced almonds, *honey, and your favorite mustard (I use Dijon).
*[You may want to drip the honey on while frying]
Shake fillets in the bag until they are evenly covered.
Fry about 5 minutes on each side.
Enjoy!
