Coat the fish fillets with flour and the baking pan with pam. Mix mayo and dried mustard together. Cook fish for 20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees. Spread the mayo/mustard on top of the fillets. Broil until the crust is crispy and light brown. Enjoy, but don't eat the dark meat!
