Soup, Sea Bass
Velvet corn seabass and crabmeat soup Servings:

You can use other filets like blackfish, porgy, striper, weakfish, fluke, flounder, cod to make this very delicious soup.  


  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   1       c            Crabmeat
   1                    Slice ginger, minced
   2       ts           Cornstarch
   1       tb           Sherry
   6       c            Chicken broth
   2       c            Sweet corn
   2                    Eggs, separated beat the whites only mixed with 2 tbsp of milk.

Bite sized pieces of fish filet. 1-2 lbs
Dash of sesame oil
Chopped Leeks
                                                 -
     1/4   ts           Salt
     1/4   ts           Pepper

   Wokcook: 1. Marinate the crab meat in the ginger,
  sherry, and cornstarch. 2. Heat the chicken stock. Add
  the corn and bring to boil. 3. Add the crabmeat
  mixture and again bring to a boil. 4. Turn heat down
  and gently stir in the egg yolks, then fold in the egg
  whites.

Add fish, shrimp

Cook till fish is done. Serve with soy sauce, sprinkle a little chopped fresh cilantro.

** I made the soup and added sesame oil, chopped cilantro, and shrimp.  

** Add the fish just before serving and cook for 2 minutes or until done.

Serve with chinese veggies or noodles.  Let me k
