Entree, Striped Bass
Cheese and parsley (sausage) barbecue bass Servings: 4

 2 pounds of striped bass fillet
 4cloves of minced garlic
 1large sliced vidalia onion
 1/3 cup olive oil
 1/2 stick of butter
 1 teaspoon of good seasoned salt
 1 tablespoon MRS.Dash Garlic flavor
 1/2 lemon
 1/2 cup chopped green onion
 3/4 cup diced celery
 1/2 pound of italian cheese and parsley
 sausage out of case
 salt
 ground black pepper

 Combine olive oil and butter in a saucepan.Add garlic,and cook on low until garlic is soft.
 Add sliced vidalia onion,diced celery,and 1/2 the green onion.
 Cook until the onion is just soft, then squeeze in the lemon, and salt and pepper to taste.Then remove from heat.
 Sprinkle fillets with the season salt, and MRS.Dash,or any other of your favorite spices, and rub into the fillet.
 Cover the bottom of a disposable aluminum pan with the onion celery mix.Arrange the fillets on top of this mixture.
  Top each fillet with about a 1/4" thick layer of cheese and parsley sausage mix
  Cover each fillet with the remaining onion celery mix
   sprinkle the tops with the remaining green onion
  Can be baked in the oven, but results are best if cooked uncovered in a kettle type charcoal grill till sausage is done.
