Entree, Sea Bass
Peter's Asian Ginger Seabass Servings:
Estimated cooking time: 15 minutes Posted By: Peterk814

You require as many cleaned seabass as you would like to eat.  Cleaned gutted and scaled.  MUST BE EXTREMELY CLEAN.

Ginger
Scallions
Soy Sauce

Put a Large Pot of water on to boil.  Once the water is boiling put in a few julianed pieces of ginger.  Take each cleaned seabass individually and boil in water until the meat is tender and cooked through.  Will usually take about 5 to 7 miunutes depending on size of fish.  Take out and cook any many as you would like afterward.  Then in a frying pan or a large metal spoon heat up seasame seed oil until hot, but not quite boiling.  CAREFULLY pour over fish, just enough to drizzle over each fish.  The oil will start to pop and crackle as it hits the fish.  Then put jullianed scallions and ginger on top and lace with as much soy sauce as to your liking.  ENJOY!!
