Start with striper fillets, no bones or skin.
Marinate the fillets in a couple tablespoons of olive oil, pepper, garlic powder & dill for a few minutes minimum, work it in good with your hands.
Do a 50-50 mix of bisquick & all purpose flour, add old bay to mixture & dust or coat the fillets that have been marinating in the olive oil mixture .
Fry in a nice no stick skillet with margerine till brown & crispy a good 8-10 minutes a side med low heat..
I just made this, very nice & healthy recipe..
Serve with Johnnie Black on the rocks { optional }
