Entree, Flounder
STUFFED FLOUNDER IN CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE Servings: 4
Estimated cooking time: 20MIN Posted By: sambass

TAKE 4 NICE FRESH CAUGHT FLOUNDER FILETS IF POSSIBLE.  MARRINATE THEM IN A 1 CUP OF MILF, WHILE THEY ARE MARINATING MIX I CUP SOFT FRESH WHITE BREAD CUMBS, WITH I CUP CRAB MEAT OR LOBSTER MEAT,  1/4 TSP OF GARLIC POWDER 1/4 TSP OF ONION POWDER ,PINCH OF SALT AND PEPPER AND 1/2 CUP OF MELTED BUTTER. MIX ALL THESE INGREADIENTS TOGETHER GENTLY. NOW TAKE THE FLOUNDER FILLETS AND SPREAD OUT FLAT ( SAVE THE MILK THEY WERE IN )  PUT THE MIXED FILLING IN TO THE FILLETS AND ROLL THEM . USE A TOOTH PICK TO KEEP THE CLOSED IF YOU NEED TO.IN A BAKING DISH PUT 1 TSP OF FRESH GARIC CHOPPED FINE WITH 3 TBLSPOONS OF OLIVE OIL , PLACE THE STUFFED FILLETS IN THE DISH . THEN TOP EACH FILLET WITH 1 HEAPING TSP OF CREAM CHEESE.PLACE IN PREHEATED 350 DEGREE OVEN. AFTER 10 MIN POUR THE MARRINATING MILK  IN THE DISH OVER THE FILLETS . COOK FLOUNDER ANOTHER 10 MINS BASTING FLOUNDER 1 TIME. WHEN DONE REMOVE FLOUDER FRON BAKING DISH AND PALCE ON SIDE , TAKE BAKING DISH WITH THE LIQUID IN IT ( LIQUID SHOULD BE THICKENED) ADD MORE MILK AND CREAM CHEESE TO REACH A THICK CONSISTENCY STIR OVER MEDIUM HEAT , THEN POUR OVER THE FLOUNDER AND SERVE. A GOOD SIDE DISH WITH THIS IS RICE  WITH SOME OF THE SAME SAUCE OVER IT. THE AMOUNT OF SAUCE CAN BE INCREASED BY ADDING MILK AND CREAM CHEESE WITH MORE SEASONING IN THE BAKING DISH AFTER YOU HAVE REMOVED THE FLOUNDER.
