Skinless Striper Filet,Cut or trim all the red meat on the skin side & discard. Here we go! One heaping Teaspoon of fresh chopped garlic.
Two Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
Half teaspoon Adobo.
One teaspoon oragano.
Black pepper to taste.
A touch or more of crushed red pepper for the hot!
A touch of parsly. Mix all together to make a rub. Place on aluminum (foil make a tray)Take two tablespoons of whipped butter on top of filet. Preheat grill to 425. Cook till center of filet starts to flake. Do not overcook! Make two sides. one of sweet corn & a salad & a good glass of white wine. This Is what I call a Palm Beach Dinner. Enjoy!!!
