Soup, Striped Bass
STRIPED BASS HEAD SOUP Servings: 5
Estimated cooking time: 1 HR Posted By: Q U SOLDIER

TAKE A HEAD OR TWO, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE STRIPER.....BOIL THE HEAD....TRHOW SOME VEGGIES IN THERE LIKE WHOLE ONIONS, CARROTS, CELLARY. AND STUFF LIKE THAT. THEN TAKE OUT ALL THE MEAT..... HEADS HAVE A WHOLE LOT OF TASTY  AND  HEALTHY MEAT THAT MOST PEOPLE THROW AWAY.
TAKE MOST OF THE MEAT AND PLACE IT IN A BOWL OR SOMETHING...LEAVE A LITTLE BIT OF MEAT BACK IN THE BOILED WATER... TAKE OUT SOME OF THE VEGGIES TOO.
TAKE THAT BOILED WATER ADD SOME RICE ..SOME FRESHLY SQUIEZED LEMON JUICE SOME OIL...SPICES...ALL THAT GOOD STUFF.. THEN WHEN THINGS LOOK ABOUT READY... TAKE A FEW EGG YOLKS......AND DUMP THEM IN THERE FOR A FEW MINUTES....THEN YOUR LEFT WITH A POT OF SOUP....A PLATE FULL OF STRIPER MEAT AND A PLATE FULL OF BOILED VEGGIES...  ADD THE MEAT A LIL BIT OF VEGGIES AND BLACK PEPPER IN THE SOUP...AND U HAVE A MOUTH WATERING....WINTER SUMMER WHATEVER WEATHER SOUP....    GREEK STYLE SOUP..
