One piece of  stiper filleted with skin off.  Place fish in boiling water for about five minutes or until done depending on thickness of fish.  Remove from water and let cool.  Place fish in bowl and begin to break up with fork.  Chopp up onion or scallion, celery.  Add salt pepper and mayonase.  Mix all together.  After eating this you will never go back to tuna fish.
