Closed the shop an hour early yesterday to get some extra time out on the water. Big mistake that was. Nobody told me it was a holiday. Looked like the L.I.E at 5:00.

Fished the out going for about an hour and a half throwing yellow/whites and all whites. Saw alot of bait fish around and some blues surfacing but trying to get to the fish was like playing Frogger. Fish seamed to be deeper in the channels nothing along the edges. Water is still warm and with the air at 77 deg its going to be a while before it cools down.

Fishless this trip, but it still nice to get out. Going again tonight but going to wait till the crowds are sleeping.
