Fished outgoing tide between 12pm-4pm with my 9-year old son and his friend for some excellent striped bass fishing. We drifted sandworms for a steady pick of bass to 12-pounds. The vast majority of them were keeper-size and the action was non-stop.

Sounds like a great day. Were you fishing out front on in the back bay area? NickyG46

All of the bigger fish were found both in the back and then as the tide went out we found a few off of Short Beach.
