Sometimes I wonder what type of lunatic gets up at 4am to travel almost an hour to fish in 32 degree weather?

Then I get there and see another 50 nut jobs like me and feel a little better.

Unfortunately, although the water looked great, I had no luck. I really would love to nail a keeper this season. I probably will still get another shot. The only big question is where to take it?

Happy Thanksgiving to all and happy holidays.

Hilarious! You hit the nail on the head. We’re all a little crazy and addicted when it comes to catching that last keeper bass of the season.

I hear ya! Made a 6 hour round trip...twice this week...to fish for about three hours each time. Some bad planning/sleeping too late on my part! Love to feel that tug on the line. We all do looong day trips and some all nighters on the beach...it's what we love...
Keep castiin' ...tightest of lines...
