Today Matthew and I decided to go try for Blackfish and on the way to the grounds we saw a bunch of weakfish being caught so we stopped and tried for them. After getting 2 Gold Bars (thanks guys for getting us on some meat) we drifted and managed 7 porgys also, then we headed to Floyd for some Blacks and met George and his pals. Nice meeting you George(finally lol). Well let's say we should have stayed drifting for porgys lol. Had a few TOG bites but no fish to show, I will say there was bluefish all over Floyd so we went back to the porgys as we didn't want to mess with the blues. Keep safe all and tight lines.

D, nice meeting you and your son, finally, sorry your daughter wasn't there, I hope all is well. You can't beat those Gold bars and it was the same with us, all short Sea Bass and Blacks. Looks like you and your son had a nice day and I saw when he lost that big fish, surprise next time. Shades

Good morning Capt Mojoe, I hear you. They were doing the same thing when fishing for the Weakfish lol. I think with all those bluefish at Floyd yesterday was the reason the TOG bight was off. But Matt did loos a huge one taking him right into the concrete posts. He'll get them next time. We're still stoked at you and Maureen's keepers and she made cover on this site. YAY Maureen. Thanks for the input, so while we're not fishing in the winter we'll put clips together to keep our channel alive over the winter lol. Thank you Capt, keep safe and tight lines.

Good morning George, It was a pleasure meeting you also. Jenn opted to stay with her grandmother as she had minor surgery on Friday. Yes Matt did loose a nice Blackfish but he'll conquer next time as it's his first time fishing for them. He learns very quick which is good and when my kids out fish me, I feel so proud knowing I taught them well lol. Until next time buddy, keep safe and tight lines.

Thank you HawaiianDan, it's the way it should always be. I don't like to see when this one and that one arguing or fighting over a fish or fishing hole lol. Makes no sense, These guys Capt Mojoe and George are by far the best I've met in Jamaica Bay all 28 years I'm fishing it. Plus they're teaching me as i go along being I'm fairly new to boating. Thanks Guys so much for your support and teachings. Keep safe and tight lines Dan.
