I was able to get out this morning before the first day of school/work. I hit my rocks just before sunrise and landed a nice 22 inch bass and then a real nice 36 incher. Low tide with a swimming plug seems to work wonders by me. This was the first two bass in two months and it is much better then catching porgies and blues.

I also hit Smith Point Bridge a couple of days ago for a true mixed bag of mostly sea bass, a couple of blow fish, a huge porgy, and a baby black fish.

I catch the bass and blues with different lures and everything else is caught with clams.
