Sailed today with just under 20 anglers. Unfortunately not the best conditions. Where I wanted to fish was about 4ft. So we made due with where we could fish and found it very lively. Lots of shorts and Sea Robbins kept us busy on nice long drifts and we scratched away at keepers. High hook was billy with 3 nice solid keepers between 21-23 Inches, I went bass fishing later in the day but seemed to have missed the bite by a little bit but we know better for next time.

I went porgy fishing tonight for fun and to spend some time with James. I fished all the way in the bow and with some hard work, constantly changing bait and pitching away from the boat and working it back I got 26 nice big porgies which will be going upstate this weekend for my sister ;). Lots of people did limit and others came close or just kept what they wanted. A bit more work for them than it has been but still very good fishing.

We will not be fishing tomorrow morning at 7AM we will be canceled due to weather. Friday unfortunately looks not so good but it could drop out.

ShadesSounds like you worked through some tough conditions and made out real well considering the Sea's. Glad to see you took a night off and enjoyed a little R&R..........ShadesShadesupup

Fished last Sunday 4:30 trip. Before u left I told you I liked your honest reports. The 2 ten year old girls I had with me had a blast!!!Thanks to the captain who kept us out well into overtime to make up for a slow start due to low tide conditions, but that last hour was lock and load with non stop action , the kids can't wait for their next trip on the Osprey.
