Report location New York > Shinnecock > THE BASS ARE COMING ROUND 2
Fishing method Surf
« Previous Report Next Report »

Stopped at a few local spots & checked out the surf Major sweep to the West which made it difficult to feel the bite or bottom. I found the Mother load of fish coming right out of the water in the wash. I landed over a couple dozen fish in a few Hrs with the largest going over 25Lbs all on a 1.5 Oz bluefrog bucktail with red pork rind. I was not the only 1 who found these fish there was 40 other guys there with me all landing big fish up to 30 Lbs It was completly insane fishing for the few hrs I stayed there. When I spoke to a few friends they told me the bite lasted for hrs after i left & well into the dark. Guys get out there the fish are along the beach you just have to find the right piece of real estate. I am not telling everybody & there brother where I was on purpose YOU go find them they are here... Any of my friends that want to know where i was call me or shoot me a PM. Happy Hunting & go catch them up!! Nap P.S. Left the camera on the boat so no pictures of the bite but I did get the camera last night from the boat & will be headed back out there today..

Fish were at Napeague yesterday. There are sand eels from there all the way to Ponquogue. Bass are on them.

Maybe i should give you some casting lessons,, LOL also did you not read the part about the fish were right in THE WASH??? you were probally over casting them & then losing the feeling of the lure with that sweep,,, not need to over think this it's only fishing guys.
