Striped bass were present at every stop last night. I've averaged between 15-20 bass a night, so far this week. Most are 20-24 inch schoolies, but there are enough larger fish around to keep it interesting.

Soft plastic baits are working well at the bridges, while plugs are working better from the banks. Finally starting to see some summer weakfish around too.

Baitfish are very thick in our backwaters now. I believe there are some peanut bunker around, but I haven't seen proof yet.

Don't be afraid of the dark!
