Ran to the rock piles today (7/6). pretty snotty in the am with some rain. setup for a southwesterly drift. hit all my structure. real slow day. one blue shark and one hammerhead (both released). bluefish were thick today. all day! could not get a bait out thru the blues so we fished them live. hammerhead slammed the livey and took to the air. that was a first. ocean layed down in the afternoon.
How was the quality of the water out there Blue, green? Any tuna sightings and did you heer anythin on the radio. I'm thinking about going this weekend but I have a feeling these few days of northerly winds may have messed up the water quality.
