Fishing method Boat

It was 6 am this morning when Desmond says to me "You will have a fluke in the boat by 6:30" . I thought that was a remarkable statement, since we were still getting coffee in the Deli. Couple of hot ones to go, then a short drive to the boat, and a short boat ride to the first drop. It didn't take long. Pretty soon I felt a tap, set the hook, and boated our first fish. It was 6:28. "Told you so" laughed Desi.

We had a nice morning, slow pick on the fluke, and plenty of sea robins. It was great, absolutely great, to be back out there.

Desmond wears a happy face.
