QUESTION: Why am I not recieving my reports even though the subscriptions page says I'm subscribed?
ANSWER: Go to the user settings page and make sure the email address listed there is one that you still use and recieve email at.
If it is, there is a chance that your email provider (AOL, optonline, etc) has mistaken our reports as spam. If you have a "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folder, check to see if your reports are in there. If they are, there is usually a way to mark them as not bulk. If you don't have such a folder, your email provider may simply be deleting your reports as they are recieved.
