Newly Hired (NYS Cheap Labor)

The fox is the newly hired gate keeper now checking for guys driving in there with no permits or the Queens guys driving with 2 wd vans in there. He does have Ticket Authority but if you have a fresh chicken wing, he will let you go with no tickie.
