And another huge thanks to the donators, who provided great raffle prizes at their own time and/or expense. The NFSS has come a long way from the 30-40 person coffee clutches it started out as two years ago.
Second, and more importantly, I considered it an honor to participate in such a worthy cause. These kinds of things are referred to as "enlightened self-interest". What this means is that noreast members gathered valuable knowledge on their favorite past time, and at the same time provided invaluable assistance to a noreast family member in need. For all of you who ponied up, you have done yourself and the noreast family proud.
It was good to see all of you today.

Rich,
You did a great job !
Delegate of the New York Coalition for Recreational Fishing
This was my first seminar and didn't expect it to be as informative as it was. Having been fishing for 5 years and have only a schoolie to show for it, it was very valuable to hear the speakers talk about their experiences.
Thank you for a great event

Hey Roland, this is really what our group is all about, a terrific bunch of fishermen who are more than happy to help provide information that can make all of us better fishermen. Welcome to the club. P.S. By the way, as you get to know a lot of the group as I have, you will find out very quickly that they are also FANTASTIC people to talk to and to be around.
REEL MEN COULDN'T SURVIVE WITHOUT FISHING.

<--- Right now he's probably up behind her with a pool stick showing her how to shoot a combo.
Billy has so much knowledge on local fishing its incredible,,spend some time with him and you will believe that you can catch big bass from the local beaches and not have to run out to far away places. Most guys fish when its conveinent for them (after work, wife's gone out, etc)Once you start losing sleep and showing up late for work or get in trouble with your spouse and start to Fish the right time at the right place and you youll be surprised at what you pull out.And he's a hell of a nice guy to boot!
