Tuesday, April 21

Back to the dock by 8:30 am with a limit of keepers for 3 passengers up to 18 lbs. The perfect conditions today, tomorrow ...right through the weekend....OPEN BOAT EVERYDAY at 6:30am. NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED.

ThursdayApril 23

Todays windy conditions put a damper on the bigger fish. 5 passengers were treated to private charter style fishing on the Steiger with Capt. Rich.
Everyone caught fish and 1 passenger landed 5 Stripers. 13 fish in all 3 being keepers to just 10 lbs. Looking forward to this weekends beautiful weather. Hope to see you out with us!

A dozen or so swings and misses a few dropped fish and 2 shorts and 5 keepers for 6 passengers today. Weather was beautiful, the company was great and the fish did somewhat cooperate. They are still a little finicky. But we think any day now the will start to be more aggressive.

Saturday, April 25

Pea soup fog in the early morning and a few run off's but nothing landed. Tried about 5 drops that had produced the past few days only to land 1 short. Fish are hitting very light and and if they feel ANY resistance they immediatly spit the bait. Concentration is key and keeping your bait from dragging through the mud is very important. We will get'em next time Karl, Nicky, Mike!

What a difference a day makes! 8 keepers up to 25 lbs for 12 passengers a few had their limit and then some with a handful of just short Bass which were released unharmed. Trying new techniques today and it paid off. Thanks for sailing with us guys and gals!

Weather looks GREAT for most of the week!

Had the 2 6 pack boats out today for 7 passengers had 4 keepers to 20 lbs and some shorts today. Droped a big one at the boat!!!
Sailing EVERYDAY at 6:30am No Minimum to fish come on down.

We had a pick of fish in the early part of the trip. 5 keepers to 14 lbs and as many shorts for 10 passengers. Thanks for sailing with us today. We hope you had a great time as we did! This is the calm before the storm people! It is going to bust wide open very very soon and we will be all over them. Night trips will begin soon and we will let you know asap!
