Getting a herd of Water Buffalo to make enough mozzarella to cover Insalata Caprese for the entire Nor'east crew?

Horse manuer. I think your from Bklyn Psycho, if so there's a big mountain of it outside the gardens in Floyd Bennett right now. Already aged and free.
My gardens kind of the opposite of Tony's. Only 6 tomato plants(3 beefsteak, 3 plum), 2 flats of peppers (40 something), 4 eggplants, 4 cucumbers, 4 zucchini, 12 leak and an assortment of herbs.

No horse manure. Too many weed seeds.

Use worm castings and peat moss. Best nutrient and water retention mix your veggie plants will ever need.

Make a tea from chicken manure, this has helped my father's crops out and the yield will be large.

Remember not to overdo it as you can burn your plants.

Horse Manure is tops in my book, and it's free. Just bring your pick up truck to any horse stable as they usually have a pile just sitting there taking up space.
