70 mph wind and 3 days over heavy rain...streets flood ed that never have before....<br><br>The worst storm LIPA has faced in nearly 20 years knocked out power to one in five customers and 50 schools, and required fill-in crews from as far as Michigan to help restore power, officials said Sunday.<br><br>Many big trees down - some killing people,,<br><br>--------------------------------------------------------------<br><br>weekend ( 3-7-10 )before was BEautiful and 55+ degrees.. so nice that I took Noelle to practice cast @ lake Ronkonkoma.. she loved it,.<br>no fish - but still fun for 2 hrs..as we moved around the lake to explore.<br><br><br>on a sad note one of my oldest family memebers passed - 3-10-10<br> Roland Wacker died @ 94 - RIP <br>he was tough and independent - was driving til 90 and sharp as a tack.<br><br>pd<br><br> http://www.noreast.com/blog/view.cfm?b=11369&i=142725
